Sloppy Joe Grilled Cheese
Sloppy Joe Sauce
Directions
Add about 2 TBSP of Blue Plate Mayo to your Griddle.
Place the Deer Meat on the Mayo and season it with Swine Life Prime Beef, or your preferred seasoning.
On the side, add another 2 TBSP of Mayo. Add the Onion and Jalapeño to it.
Once meat is done, add the Onion and Jalapeño, mix together.
Add about 1 TBSP of Mayo (per slice of Bread) to the Griddle and brown one side of the Bread.
- Repeat this for the other side of your Bread.
Once you flip your Bread, add the Cheese to the Bread. I like Sharp Cheddar on one slice of Bread and Pepper Jack on the other.
Add the Sloppy Joe Sauce to the cooked meat and mix together.
Once Cheese is melted, you can make your Deer Camp Sloppy Joe.
