Today at Deer Camp, we're making our version of sausage balls! This little snack is perfect for a quick bite and easy to make. We like to layer our sausage balls on a cast iron skillet for a crunchy crust and cook it in a pellet grill.
Today at Deer Camp, we're making our version of sausage balls! This little snack is perfect for a quick bite and easy to make. We like to layer our sausage balls on a cast iron skillet for a crunchy crust and cook it in a pellet grill.
Put ingredients in a bowl by starting with breakfast sausage and going down the list. Make sure you chop and put the right amount of each ingredient.
Combine and mix the ingredients together.
Take some non-stick cooking spray to the gloves and form about 1-inch sausage balls around. Put it in a cast iron skillet for a nice crust when cooked.
Put the sausage balls inside the pellet grill at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes.
Take them off the grill and let them cool down.
Enjoy them with syrup or any sauce you like!
