Cut the turkey into small pieces and put in marinade for 1 hour.
Cut bacon in half and set it on a cutting board, cut cream cheese into small pieces and set it on a cutting board, get a good pile of Jalapenos out and set it on the board, and lastly put wooden skewers on the board.
Once the turkey has marinated, drain and set it on a cutting board.
Lay bacon down, lay a piece of turkey, a piece of cream cheese, and a piece of Jalapeno, and roll it all up together. Then put it on the skewers and repeat this process until you run out.
Season the outside of your rolls with Killer Hogs Hot Rub.
Place on a 300-degree grill until the internal temp. of the turkey reaches 165.
Glaze with Killer Hogs BBQ sauce once they are done, and let them sit on the grill for a couple more minutes to set the sauce. The sauce is optional, they taste good either way!
